James Arcediano
Interacting with seniors and their families has been the most rewarding experience of my life. They deserve the best and it is my absolute pleasure helping deliver them quality care.
James grew up in Fairport, New York and graduated St. John Fisher College with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and Services. During his undergraduate years he was a part-time physician recruiter at Locum Interactive and manager at a national chain restaurant.
He started his career in Human Resources at Allied Financial Partners. Before joining Noble Companion he was a payroll specialist with Bene-Care, a firm in Webster, New York that helps companies integrate employee benefits, payroll, and human resources. He also earned his Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation in 2019.
James joined Noble Companion in June of 2020. He is Vice President in charge of operations, payroll, and the onboarding of new clients. He also oversees the hiring and training of Noble Companion’s caregivers. It’s his passion to hire and train caregivers to make sure their personalities match with their senior clients’ interests and lifestyle.
James enjoys interacting with caregivers and families. If he’s not in the office he’s in the field working with clients. He evaluates their case, educates them about independent living, and makes recommendations.
